Kim Sharma Leander Paes relationship official? Actor Kim Sharma may just have confirmed the rumours about her dating former tennis star Leander Paes with a social media post. The actor recently took to Instagram to share a picture with Paes which was accompanied by two emoticons- one of an amulet used to ward of "evil eye" and another featuring a couple-in-love.

Rumours suggesting that Sharma was dating Paes surfaced in July this year when pictures of their vacation in Goa surfaced online. The image was shared by a Goan restaurant by the name Pousada By The Beach. "Biscuit & Chai hosting Leander Paes and Kim Sharma at Pousada by the Beach," read the post by the restaurant. Neither Sharma not Paes, an Olympic Bronze Medalist, have confirmed or denied rumours regarding them being in a relationship. However, the new post by Sharma on Instagram is touted be a confirmation from the couple.
In July this year, filmmakers Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and Nitesh Tiwari had announced their new project- a docu-drama that would cover the mercurial partnership between Paes and Mahesh Bhupati- the two renowned tennis stars of India from 90s. Who is Kim Sharma?
The 41-year-old model turned actor made her Bollywood in 2000, with Mohabbatein opposite Jugal Hansraj. The film featured actors Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Uday Chopra and Jimmy Shergill. She went on to star in films like Fida, Tum Se Achcha Kaun Hai, Padmashree Laloo Prasad Yadav and Yakeen. Sharma has also worked in regional language films like Khadgam and Yagam.
Sharma bid adieu to cinema after marrying Kenya-based businessman Ali Punjani in 2010. The couple parted ways in 2017.
