1. Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty

Indian-British Businessman Raj Kundra was arrested on Monday, July 19 for his alleged involvement in the creation and publication of pornographic videos on certain apps. The Mumbai court remanded him to police custody till July 23. There were speculations that his wife and actor Shilpa Shetty too is involved in the case. However, the police have not been able to trace any role of the actor in this regard. In a statement, Milind Bharambe, Joint Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, said, "We have not been able to any find any active role (of Shilpa Shetty) yet. We are investigating. 2. Priyamani and Mustafa Raj

The Family Man fame Priyamani and her husband Mustafa Raj, who have been married since 2017 made it to the headlines recently. The latter's first wife Ayesha claimed that he cheated on her and "illegally" married the actor. Allegedly, the two of them did not separate officially and are still married to each other. 3. Sambhavna Seth and Avinash Dwivedi

Actor and former Bigg Boss contestant Sambhavna Seth and her husband Avinash Dwivedi released a video blog earlier this month where they are seen mocking the native language of their Adivasi domestic worker. They called it an 'ajeeb' and made fun of the pronunciation. However, after facing a major backlash online, the video was taken down and the couple apologised for their behaviour. In the first week of July, actor Aamir Khan and his wife Kiran Rao announced their separation after 15 years of marriage. They called it "the start of a new journey". However, their divorce sparked controversy among netizens. Some gave it the name of 'Love Jihad' while others said that Khan had an extramarital affair. A group of social media users alleged Khan of having an illicit romantic relationship with Fatima Sana Sheikh, his Dangal co-star.

Actor-MP Nusrat Jahan and businessman Nikhil Jain got married in 2019 in Turkey as per the Turkish Marriage Regulation. However, in June this year, Jahan claimed that according to India's Special Marriage Act, their marriage is "invalid". So the question of divorce does not arise at all. This comment from Jahan took everyone by shock. When she was spotted flaunting a baby bump, netizens began raising questions as to whose child she was carrying.
