Kevin Turen, a prominent producer known for his work on HBO's Euphoria and The Idol, passed away at 44, as reported by Deadline. The cause of his sudden death over the weekend remains undisclosed. 

Jay Penske, PMC's CEO and a close associate of Turen conveyed, "We will miss Kevin so much, and this town lost one of its brightest rising stars today."

1. Born in New York City on August 16, 1979, Kevin Turen pursued his cinematic interests at Columbia University before relocating to Los Angeles.
2. Known for his close collaborations with Sam Levinson and Ashley Levinson, he co-founded Little Lamb Productions, the entity behind the acclaimed HBO drama series Euphoria, which garnered two Emmy awards for Zendaya. The influential show also features Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, Alexa Demie, Sydney Sweeney, and Maude Apatow. A third season of the series is slated for production in December.
3. Turen's production credits include The Idol, a creation of Sam Levinson, and the film Pieces of a Woman (2020), starring Vanessa Kirby, earning her an Academy Award nomination for her performance.
