The granddaughter of the President of the United States Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden, Naomi Biden is all set to tie the knot with Peter Neal, who is studying for his law degree at the University of Pennsylvania in the US. The two will be getting married by the end of this year and their wedding reception is scheduled to be held at the White House.
This news was shared by Naomi on her Twitter account, she wrote, “Peter and I are endlessly grateful to my nana and pop for the opportunity to celebrate our wedding at the White House. We can’t wait to make our commitment to one another official and for what lies ahead.”
The wedding is going to take place on November 19 this year. It was also confirmed by the spokeswoman for the US First Lady Jill Biden, Elizabeth Alexander, who also stated that the family is still planning out the festivities for the wedding ceremony and further details on it will be intimidated publicly in the coming months.
CNN reported that the 24-year-old Neal had proposed to Naomi near his childhood home at the ski resort of Jackson Hole in Wyoming. Naomi is an attorney who has completed her law degree from Columbia Law School. She is the eldest daughter of Joe Biden’s son Hunter and his first wife Kathleen.
Neal and Naomi met each other through a common friend and gradually began dating. It was after that Neal was introduced to the Biden family. The two had gotten engaged on September 24, 2021.
Who is Peter Neal?
Born on April 17, 1997, Neal is 24 years old. His family originally belongs to Los Angeles in California and they later shifted to Jackson Hole in Wyoming. His parents are Orthopedic surgeons. Neal has two siblings named–Eliot and Betsy.
Peter Neal Qualifications
Neal graduated Magna Cum Laude from George Washington University in the year 2018. After completing his graduation, he majored in Political Communications with a minor in Journalism and Mass Communication. He will soon be getting his doctorate of law degree (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
In the past, he has worked with the US bureaucracy and administration. On top of that, he has also worked as the Executive Assistant to the Mayor of Jackson Hole during his high school days. Then, he went to Washington DC for attending college and there he interned at the Obama White House.
