Where to watch 14 Phere: Kriti Kharbanda and Vikrant Massey will soon be  sharing space on screen in the upcoming comedy-drama film 14 Phere. Directed by Divanshu Singh, the film is about two college sweethearts who have to go to absurd lengths to trick their families, so that they can marry each other.

Kharbanda and Massey have been paired opposite each other for the first time in this project. In the film, Kharanda's character Aditi and Massey's Sanjay come from contrasting backgrounds. Fearing that their families wouldn't approve of their intention to tie the knot, Aditi and Sanjay host two weddings for themselves, each one targeted at conning one set of parents and family members. Will their plan succeed or backfire with double the consequences?

Talking about working with Massey for the first time, Kharbanda said that Massey is a "gem" and "one of the coolest people to work with." Talking about the film, Kharbanda added that when she was going through the script of the film, she found it quite promising.

The actor said that the film has a socially relevant, promising, and fun script on a "kick-ass subject" and from the moment she heard the script of the film, she was extremely excited to work on it. Apart from Kriti Kharbanda and Vikrant Massey, the film features actors Gauahar Khan and Vinay Pathak in key roles.

Who is Kriti Kharbanda?

The film's female lead Kriti Kharbanda is primarily known for her work in Telugu and Kannada films. She made her debut in in 2009 with the film Boni. Her first Hindi film was the 2016 Emraan Hashmi starrer Raaz Reboot, after which she featured in films like Shaadi Mein Zaroor Ana, Housefull 4, Veerey Ki Wedding, Pagalpanti and Taish.

Where To Watch 14 Phere

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the makers of the film have decided to not wait for the cinema halls to open and have decided to release the film directly on OTT. The social comedy-drama film 14 Phere starring Kriti Kharbanda and Vikrant Massey will release on July 23 on the OTT platform ZEE5.
