Actor Chandini And AIDMK Politician M Manikandan Case: How It Unfolded

Chandini-Manikandan case: South Indian film actor Chandini recently accused M Manikandan, a leader of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) of blackmailing her, cheating, and allegedly threatening to spread her private photos.

The actor spoke to the press about the issue and said that she was in a relationship with the politician and he had promised to marry her. She further said that Manikandan allegedly forced her to have an abortion after she got pregnant and that she also has an alleged threat to her life.

The actor also shared photographs, chats and documents with the media saying that this was the proof of her five-year-long relationship with the politician. She also lodged a complaint against him with the Chennai Police commissioner.

According to"> ABP, the actor's complaint says that she worked with the Malaysian Tourism Development Corporation in 2017 and was introduced to Manikandan on her visits to India, which led them to develop a relationship. According to the complaint, Manikandan also divorced her wife legally in order to b able to live with Chandini.

The actor also claimed that when the former Minister last delivered his address to the Assembly in 2019, she was allowed to visit the Assembly as his wife.
