1. Chandini claimed that the documents, chats, and photographs showed to the media prove the 5-year relationship with AIADMK politician M Manikandam.
2. Chandini lodged a complaint in the case with the Chennai police commissioner.
3. According to Chandini’s report, in 2017 when she worked with the Malaysian Tourism Development Corporation she would visit Indian and was introduced to Manikandan.
4. The introduction resulted in the alleged 5-year relationship between Chandini and Manikandan.
5. The complaint says that Manikandam legally divorced his wife in order to live with Chandini.
6. Manikandan allegedly threatened to kill Chandini via hired assassins and threatened to leak her private photos if she spoke up.
