She Is Gonna Rule The World: Ankita Lokhande On Sister Ashita

Ankita Lokhande sister: Manikarnika star Ankita Lokhande recently shared a behind-the-scene video of her sister Ashita Sahu's photoshoot on Instagram."Here I present my little baby sister!!! No doubt She is gonna rule the world," Lokhande wrote in the caption.

This is however not the first time Lokhande has endorsed her sibling on Instagram.

When Sahu made her debut into the entertainment industry last year, Lokhande had shared pictures of her sister on Instagram, writing, "Finally you are doing what u always wanted to do ashi and I’m very proud of u my baby new journey has begun and I wish and pray that u fulfill all your dreams ashi and make your parents proud which I’m very sure u will ..my next #supermodel enjoy ur new journey to fullest."

Lokhande further added in her caption, "Dont be scared ,don’t giveup,don’t get affected,don’t runway from any situation given just face it with ur beautiful smile and move on. Always remember I have your back and will always be there whenever u will need me. I love you my little sister and waiting to see you living your dreams. God bless u always."

Who is Ankita Lokhande?

Lokhande is best known for her role in television serial Pavitra Rishta opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. She has also been a part of several reality shows like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 4, Comedy Circus. 

In June this year, it was reported that Lokhande will be reprising her role from Pavitra Rishta in the reboot of the daily soap. Actor Saheer Shaikh has been roped in as the lead opposite Lokhande's character Archana. "Shaheer Sheikh has come on board Pavitra Rishta 2.0 to portray the iconic character of Manav. Ankita will be back to play Archana again after 7 long years. The other cast members will be locked soon."

Reports suggest that producer Ekta Kapoor greenlighted Pavitra Rishta 2.0 last year after Rajput's death, as a tribute to him. Read more on that here.
