Television actor Divya Bhatnagar who was popular for her role in the serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai passed away today at the age of 34. She tested COVID-19 positive in November and was on ventilator support since last week. On learning about Bhatnagar’s unfortunate death her co-stars and other television actors took to their social media accounts to express their grief and pay tribute to the late actor.

Actor Devoleena Bhattacharjee posted a picture along with the late actor and penned down an emotional note on Instagram that said, “Jab koi kisi k saath nahi hota tha toh bas tu hi hoti thi…Divu tu hi toh meri apni thi jisse main daant sakti thi,ruth sakti thi,dil ki baat keh sakti thi..I know life was tooo hard on you..the pain is intorelable…but i know today you must be in a better place and free from all the sorrows, pains, sadness, cheats, lies… I will miss you divu and tu bhi jaant i thi i loved you and cared for you…Badi tu thi par bacchi bhi tu hi thi…God bless your soul. Jahan bhi hai tu abhi bas khush reh.You will be missed & remembered. I love you @divyabhatnagarofficial.Too soon to be gone my friend… Om shanty”
Actor Shilpa Shirodkar also shared a photograph of hers with Divya Bhatnagar from a shoot and wrote, “Im so so so heartbroken RIP my dearest divya.”
Neha Saroopa, who worked with the late actor in the popular TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai shared a picture with her from one of the scenes and wrote, “Dear Divya you will be missed terribly. A girl with a golden heart. Thank you for all the laughters. Gone too soon.”
Actor Neha Narang, also took to her social media account to pay her condolences. She shared a picture with Bhatnagar as well and wrote, “Heartbroken @divyabhatnagarofficial Om Shanti.”
Sharing a picture from a Holi sequence, the deceased actor's co-star Aalisha Panwar wrote “ Still shocking very hard to believe.. You were one of the nicest person I knew.., such a good human being.. it was really too soon.. May your soul Rest In Peace..@divyabhatnagarofficial.”
Bhatnagar's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai co-star Nidhi Uttam also shared a picture with her from the set and wrote that she was "An amazing actor, beautiful human who used to cheer every one with her laughter always helpful & positive .Never knew I will have to write this post for you. We started our rishta journey together as Nandini & Gulabo...God always needs good humans n angels like you. Rest in peace my friend @divyabhatnagarofficial.
