Sonali Bendre’s Health Update: ‘She is Stable’, Tweets Goldie Behl

On Thursday night, Goldie Behl, Sonali Bendre’s husband shared an update on the actress’ health via his Twitter handle. He affirmed that she is stable and is following her treatment without any complications.

Earlier in July, Sonali Bendre revealed that she was diagnosed with high-grade cancer. The Bollywood Actress is currently undergoing metastatic cancer treatment in New York.

Revealing her condition, Sonali in a previous statement expressed, “A niggling pain led to some tests, which led to this unexpected diagnosis. My family and close friends have rallied around me, providing the best support system that anyone can ask for. I am very blessed and thankful for each of them. We remain optimistic and I am determined to fight every step of the way.”

After the diagnosis, Sonali has been quite active on social media and openly shares updates about her health with her fans. The 43-year-old is bravely fighting back the disease and is documenting each phase of her illness. Sonali shared pictures of undergoing a haircut before her treatment began and also how she confronted her son about her condition.



Earlier this week, Sonali’s sister-in-law Shrishti Arya also opened up about her health. Talking to Spotboye, she said, “She is staying strong”.

Many celebrities from the Bollywood fraternity have come out in support of the brave actress and her family.
