Delhi Police recently arrested a man for flashing and masturbating after looking at two women in New Delhi’s Vasant Kunj area. The man identified as Sandeep Chauhan had recently come out of the jail. He was in Vasant Kunj where the two women were also there. In half an hour’s time, he first flashed his genitals to the women and then masturbated in front of them, reported Times Now.

Chauhan allegedly entered one of the woman’s house forcefully and started masturbating when she jumped off the balcony to save her life. One of the women from the same building informed the police about the incident. Through the CCTV camera footage, they found that the accused was scanning the building for a while before entering the ground floor house of the first victim.

“The man asked me to check my cable connection. As I started going inside after telling him that we don’t have one, he insisted that I still check it once. Probably he wanted to open the gate and come in.

“It was only on CCTV footage that I saw him masturbating even before I came to the balcony,” the woman told the TOI.

“I immediately went in and when I peeped out after a few minutes, I saw him standing right there. As I called my friend in panic, I was shocked to know that she had been subjected to the same.”

Chauhan did not stop at the first woman but went on to target another woman at around midnight when a cab dropped her off after office to the same building. “As I was walking towards my house, I noticed this man following me. But I sped up to enter my third-floor house and he followed me till I reached the doorstep” she said.

When she rung the bell of her house, he flashed her and masturbated in front of her.

“I immediately went in and when I peeped out after a few minutes, I saw him standing right there. As I called my friend in panic, I was shocked to know that she had been subjected to the same.”

The police have arrested the accused who was a taekwondo teacher in a south Delhi school earlier. This is not the first time that the police have arrested him for this offence. There have been reports against him for the same crime in the past.
