George Floyd’s six-year-old daughter Gianna Floyd is now a Disney shareholder. American singer, actress, and filmmaker Barbra Streisand helped Gianna to become a member of the Disney family and gifted her the stocks.

Gianna through her Instagram thanked Streisand for the gesture, and said, "Thank You @barbrastreisand for my package, I am now a Disney Stockholder thanks to you 🥰🥰🥰." She also uploaded the photos of her holding the Disney stock certificate.

Gianna is already a known face in the media. Her newly created Instagram account has garnered over 36,000 followers. She has been showered with love and support. The little girl from Minneapolis is followed by legends like Oprah Winfrey and Michelle Obama.

After the tragic death of her father, George Floyd, in Minneapolis on May 25, Gianna came into the spotlight. Through various social media platforms she has been paying tribute to her father's memories and raising awareness about social issues including police brutality. In one post she urged “Stop Killing Our Fathers.”

She has also been offered a full scholarship by the Texas Southern University in Houston last week. In honour of the memory of George Floyd, TSU announced  on its website, "We know that this gesture cannot take the place of her dad’s loving presence, but we hope that it will contribute to easing her journey through life." Also, Kanye West has set up a college fund for her.

Meanwhile, a Go Fund Me page was started for Gianna which now has collected around $2 million to help her fulfill her goals. “Thank you so much for the outpouring of love and support,” Gianna and her mother Roxie Washington stated on the page.

Following her father's death, in an interview with Good Morning America Gianna Floyd said she wants people to know, "I miss him."

At a press event, Roxie Washington spoke about how the little kid will miss him growing up.“He will never see her grow up, graduate, he will never walk her down the aisle," she continued. "If there's a problem she's having and she needs her dad, she does not have that anymore."

“I'm here for my baby, and I'm here for George because I want justice for him. I want justice for him because he was good. No matter what anybody thinks, he was good,” she said, later adding that Floyd was a good father. “He loved her, he loved her so much."
