Huma Qureshi to build temporary hospital with Zack Snider in Delhi: The  Maharani actor has decided to collaborate with her Army of the Dead director Zack Snyder.  The initiative will be working towards building 100-bed hospital facility and an oxygen plant in the capital. They have joined forces with a global organisation Save the Children which works for the protection of child rights.

Qureshi shared a video on social media to announce her collaboration and urged her fans to donate towards the cause. She wrote that she and Snyder are working to build a temporary hospital facility in Delhi which will have as many as 100 beds along with an oxygen plant. The COVID-19 relief initiative she claims will also focus on providing emergency medical kits and professionals to patients for treatment during the tough times India is facing because of the surge in coronavirus cases. She further talked about the kind of treatment infected patients will be receiving at home. She noted that along with COVID-19 care kits and teleconsultation with a doctor, they will also get a chance to consult a psycho-social therapist to ensure that they make a full recovery.

Snyder also took to social media to announce the endeavor and requested his fans to donate to the cause. The filmmaker and Qureshi have their upcoming zombie movie Army of the Dead lined up for this year, releasing on Netflix on May 14. On working with the Bollywood actor, Snyder said, in an interview, that her character was always intended to be Indian. Calling her work as "amazing", he added, "We talked about who we could get, and the casting director brought her up. I watched some of her material, and I was like, 'this actress is amazing'."

Qureshi has Valimai, Bell Bottom and the series Maharani in her kitty.
