According to rumours, India's Deepika Padukone is to star in Season 4, a move that could help propel the show to greater heights. A Deccan Chronicle report said that the actress was supposed to make an appearance in Season 3, alongside BLACKPINK’s Lisa. However, due to her pregnancy, the collaboration did not materialise. Now, it seems that the plan may finally be successful.

Season 4 will also reportedly star Helena Bonham Carter, Chris Messina, Marissa Long, Steve Coogan, Caleb Jonte Edwards, Alexander Ludwig, and AJ Michalka. Previous returning cast members like Natasha Rothwell are also likely to return.

According to Conde Nast Travel India, the new season is to be shot in Saint Tropez, in Southern France, with the luxurious French Riviera becoming a new backdrop for “The White Lotus Resort."
