Kriti Sanon has officially joined the cast of Aanand L Rai’s Tere Ishq Mein, starring Dhanush. She will be seen in the role of Mukti, a character filled with intensity and depth. The makers have now unveiled her first look from the film. In a gripping one-minute teaser, Kriti Sanon makes a striking entry, hinting at an emotionally charged narrative. Much like Raanjhanaa, this film also explores the theme of one-sided love, promising raw emotions, intricate storytelling, and powerful dialogues rooted in a familiar yet fresh world.

Last year, celebrating the 10th anniversary of their film Raanjhanaa, filmmaker Aanand L. Rai took to Instagram to unveil the first teaser and reveal the title of his upcoming project, marking a reunion with actor Dhanush.  In the video snippet, a visibly enraged Dhanush is depicted sprinting towards a wall, holding a petrol bomb in one hand while smoking. As he dashes along a nighttime road, shards of glass shatter around him. Towards the conclusion of the clip, Dhanush's voice can be heard saying, "Last time, it was Kundan who accepted his fate. But how will you stop Shankar this time?" Kundan refers to Dhanush's character in the film Raanjhanaa.
