Jagame Thandhiram cast: The much-anticipated Tamil film Jagame Thandhiram, starring Dhanush and Aishwarya Lekshmi in lead roles, is all set to stream on Netflix on June 18.

The trailer of the forthcoming film was unveiled by the makers on Tuesday. Directed by Karthik Subbaraj and produced by S. Sashikanth, the black-comedy film will feature Dhanush as a gangster.

Aishwarya Lekshmi

Aishwarya Lekshmi, who majorly works in Malayalam films, made her acting debut with the film Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela in 2017. The Indian actor began her career as a model and has graced the covers of various well-known magazines. Eventually, she landed the lead role in the romantic film Mayaanadhi, which gained her huge popularity. She made her acting debut in the Tamil film industry with the Vishal starrer film Action.

Sanchana Natarajan

Sanchana Natarajan went on to participate in the Miss South India pageant during 2012 and entered the entertainment industry model. Her first appearance on television happened when she participated in Tamil Pesum Kadhanayagi, a reality tv show to find the next best Tamil-speaking actor, and secured the first position. After her appearance on the show, she landed her first role in the film Ra Ra Rajasekhar.

Natarajan rose to fame after being cast in the web series As I'm Suffering From Kadhal which was released in 2017. Besides that, she also featured in the sci-fi film 2.0 alongside Rajinikanth.

The Indian actor Vadivukarasi's first job was as a primary school teacher until she decided to choose a different job and enter the entertainment industry. She made her acting debut in 1978 with the Tamil film Sigappu Rojakkal. The veteran actor has been part of more than 350 films and 25 television serials in various languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
