Ahead of his grand stage appearance at Lollapalooza India 2025, Shawn Mendes made a heartfelt gesture by hosting a private concert for the students of The Sound Space, a Mumbai-based music institution. The intimate performance saw him kneeling with his guitar, surrounded by excited students who recorded the magical moment.

Dressed casually in a brown sweater and blue jeans, Mendes added a cultural touch to his look by draping a dupatta over his outfit. Following his private performance, he was spotted exploring the streets of Mumbai, engaging with fans, taking selfies, and signing autographs.
Lollapalooza India 2025
Lollapalooza India returned for its third edition, taking place on March 8 and 9. Shawn Mendes, making his debut performance in the country, headlined the festival at Mumbai’s Mahalakshmi Racecourse on March 8.
The singer captivated the crowd with some of his biggest hits, including Señorita and There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back. Adding to the excitement, as India celebrated its Champions Trophy victory, Shawn Mendes was seen performing in Mumbai while proudly wearing Virat Kohli's jersey.
Besides Mendes, the festival also featured performances by global icons such as Green Day, Louis Tomlinson, Glass Animals, and Nothing But Thieves.
