Actor and musician Saba Azad's performance at Lakme Fashion Week garnered significant attention. In response to online trolls, she posted screenshots of the messages she received on Instagram.

She responded to these trolls by posting screenshots of their messages on her Instagram stories. Many negative comments compared her to her rumoured boyfriend, Hrithik Roshan.

For instance, when a user messaged her, "Are you mad?" Azad responded, stating that she "must be" because she continues to hope for better days amidst the constant hate directed at her. She expressed her resilience and criticised those who spread negativity online, suggesting that their legacy would be one of hate.

In response to a user's comment criticising her dance performance with "You need therapy," Azad replied by acknowledging the need for therapy in today's world consumed by hate. She encouraged the idea of self-care and therapy to cope with negativity and coexist peacefully with others.

"It helps you fill your own tanks and thus not get so deeply offended by the peaceful existence of others."

Discussing the online hate she faces, Saba Azad expressed in a recent interview with India Today that it took her some time to reach a point where she views negativity as white noise, even though hatred is tangible and can be hurtful. She acknowledged that it's challenging not to be affected by the negativity at times.

"There are days when you wake up and you wonder what did I do to anyone? What did I do to you? I am living my life, you live yours? Why are you waiting for my blood?"

Saba Azad has appeared in films such as Dil Kabaddi and the 2011 movie Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge. She was also part of the Netflix anthology Feels Like Ishq and the web series Rocket Boys 2. Recently, she featured in the series Who's Your Gynac?, which received praise from Hrithik Roshan.
