The actor initially tried to keep her new romance a secret for a long period, but she eventually made it public. When Arora and Arjun Kapoor announced their relationship in 2019, trolls mocked her for dating a younger guy, calling her “desperate” and “buddhi (old woman).”

In an interview with Menxp, she was asked if the age gap was ever an issue. “When you’re in a relationship, the age gap doesn’t really come up,” she explained. It’s about two people’s heads and hearts coming together. Regrettably, we live in a civilisation that refuses to evolve with the passage of time. When an older man romances a younger female, it is celebrated everywhere, but when the woman is older, she is labelled as “desperate” and a “buddhi.” For those who think in this manner.
