Starring Mithila Palkar and Dhruv Sehgal in the lead, the show is liked by its followers for its relatable theme. It touches upon various issues that a modern-day Indian couple might face in their relationship. In season 3 of Little Things, viewers saw Dhruv and Kavya struggle to sustain their relationship due to long-distance and the pressure to get married.
If the season 4 trailer is anything to by, while the couple seems to have aced their long-distance relationship, new challenges await them as they try and find answers for questions that their loved ones keep asking- what kind of future does their relationship have?
The trailer gives glimpses of beaches, backwaters and tea gardens, which hints at a possible holiday that Dhruv and Kavya take to unwind and fill the cracks in their relationship. While Dhruv asks whether or not they want to have a family together, Kavya wonders, what if she doesn't want to explore that option. The couple also talks about going around in circles in their relationship- fighting and them making it up to each other. How do they move forward?
Speaking about her association with the show, Palkar said that Little Things is a show that is very close to her heart. "Kavya is a character that is going to stay with me forever. It’s been an incredible journey with Dhruv, my directors and the fabulous crew, she said, adding that the final season nudged her to go back in time and relive her journey as Kavya for one last time. "I am hoping audiences enjoy this season as well and celebrate their bond with Dhruv and Kavya," said Palkar.
