Kangana Ranaut Confirms Starring In Tanu Weds Manu 3, Shares Details

Kangana Ranaut has now confirmed shooting for Tanu Weds Manu 3. In a recent talk with IMDb, she made some revelations about her upcoming projects.

In the interview with IMDb, Ranaut revealed she will also be starring in a thriller with the National Award-winning actor Vijay Sethupathi.

Ranaut also revealed a project named Noti Binodini which will be hitting the floors soon; it is expected to be a biopic of Bengal's notable historic figure Binodini, a theatre actor.

Ranaut won everyone's heart in Anand L Rai's desi romedy drama Tanu Weds Manu parts one and two with her role as Tanuja R Trivedi aka Tanu, a badass girl of Lucknow who marries an NRI doctor Manu (R. Madhavan).

As the actor confirmed starring in the third part of the film Tanu Weds Manu 3, the news came as a surprise as earlier the director of the film and co-stars had denied the fact. 

Ranaut's co-star R Madhavan in an interview with YouTuber Jaby Koey in 2022 had said he doesn't want to go back to playing Manu (his character) saying "There's no point in beating a dead horse."

Kangana Ranaut bounced back with her recent release Tejas receiving widespread appreciation for her work. She is now all set for yet another release Emergency.

Meanwhile, R Madhavan, who recently won a National Award for his 2022 film Rocketry will next be seen in The Railway Men Story in 2024 starring Kay Kay Menon, Divyendu Sharma, and Babil Khan in lead roles.
