Who Is Sanchana Natarajan? Actor Starring In Jagame Thandhiram

Sanchana Natarajan will be starring in the upcoming Tamil action-thriller Jagame Thandhiram with actor Dhanush and actress Aishwarya Lekshmi. The movie will be released on June 18, 2021 on Netflix along with its dubbed versions in Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.

The movie was set for theatrical release in May 2020 but was postponed due to Covid-19. Jagame Thandhiram is written and directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The plot revolves around a gangster who finds himself between good and evil and fights for a place to call home.

Who is Sanchana Natarajan?

Sanchana Natarajan is an Indian model and actress who works predominately in Tamil and Telugu movies. She made her debut in the film industry in 2014 with Tamil film Nerungi Vaa Muthamidathe in which she played a small role and also worked in a web series in 2017 called As I’m Suffering From Kadhal for which she was highly appreciated.

She has also worked in Bollywood movies like Saala Khadoos (2016) and Game Over (2019), which was a huge success. She was also seen in sci-fi film 2.0 alongside Rajnikanth in 2018.

Born in a Hindu family in Chennai, Sanchana pursued a degree in Visual Communications. She went on to doing ramp walks for Chennai-based designers being fascinated about the fashion industry and also participated in Miss South India Pageant in 2012. She made it to top three finalists of Femina Miss India 2017 in the Tamil Nadu quotient.

Sanchana made her first TV appearance in Tamil reality show Tamil Pesum Kadhanayagi in 2013 where she won the first place. She is famously known for her roles in the movies  Irudhi Suttru (2016) and Nota (2018) and web series As I’m Suffering From Kadhal (2017).

Sanchana Natarajan will be seen playing an important role in the upcoming Tamil thriller alongside Dhanush and Aishwarya Lekshmi. The movie is set to release on OTT platform Netflix on June 18, 2021 after being postponed due to Covid-19 in May 2020. The trailer came out on June 1, 2021.
