However, for fans in India eagerly waiting to see who attended and what they wore, the big reveal will happen tomorrow, Tuesday, May 6.  As the world’s most-watched fashion event rolls out its iconic red carpet, all eyes will be on the global celebrities and designers bringing this year’s theme to life. From Priyanka to Kiara: Meet Indian Celebs Attending the Met Gala 2025

Shah Rukh Khan

Shah Rukh Khan becomes the first Indian male actor to attend the Met Gala, marking a major milestone for Indian representation on the global fashion stage. Designer Sabyasachi, a seasoned Met Gala presence, will be styling the actor. An official confirmation came from Sabyasachi himself, who declared, it is time for “King Khan and Bengal’s Tiger” to roar. 

Kiara Advani 

Kiara Advani has also arrived in New York ahead of her Met Gala appearance. The actor, who is expecting her first child with husband Sidharth Malhotra, shared on her Instagram stories, how she was “welcomed by the Met team” upon arrival. She will be walking the iconic red carpet alongside celebrated Indian designer Gaurav Gupta.

Priyanka Chopra 

Priyanka Chopra Jonas will be making her fifth appearance at the Met Gala this year. Teaming up with Balmain’s Olivier Rousteing, she is set to deliver yet another memorable fashion moment. Reports confirm that her ensemble will be “finished with pieces from Bvlgari’s latest high jewellery line.”

Diljit Dosanjh 

Singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh is also making his debut at the Met Gala this year. He first teased fans with an Instagram Story that read “First Time,” along with an hourglass emoji and the song “Met Gala” by Gunna. 

He later confirmed it by sharing his official invite and wrote: “MET GALA Tomorrow 😈 Daso Fer Ki Paiye Kal Nu 😎 Halaa Laa Laa Karauni An 😁”

Isha Ambani 

Isha Ambani is also said to attend the Met Gala 2025. She is expected to make a graceful appearance on the red carpet tonight. However, details about the designer she will be wearing remain under wraps for now.
