Emma Corrin new film: Emma Corrin, the most talked about star of Season 4 of Netflix’s The Crown, is now gearing up to portray another high-society woman. Reportedly, the actor has been roped in to star in the new film version of the classic Lady Chatterley’s Lover.

The 25-year-old actor, who became a known face after portraying Princess Diana in the hit series, recently won awards at both the Critics' Choice and Golden Globe Awards.

The upcoming adaptation of D.H. Lawrence's book, Lady Chatterley’s Lover will be a romantic drama about the scandalous affair between star-crossed lovers, according to Deadline.

Emma Corrin played Princess Diana in The Crown, to much critical acclaim.

Corrin recently won the Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series (Drama) for her portrayal of Princess Diana in The Crown. Read our review of The Crown here.

She will next be seen opposite Harry Styles in the romantic drama My Policeman. The actor had said it was “A real honour to be named amongst a group of such talented and inspirational women!”

“Working on The Crown was the most magical experience in no small part thanks to the incredible cast and crew that supported and help guide me through THANK YOU,” she wrote on Instagram at the time.

Corrin also appeared in the British drama Misbehaviour with Keira Knightley, Keeley Hawes and Gugu Mbatha-Raw.
