The movie revolves around a start-up set by street-smart entrepreneur named Armaan at the time of demonetisation. It stars Amol Parashar, Kavin Dave, Smriti Kalra and is all set to release on 19th November. The film is helmed by Rishabh Seth.
Talking about the film Seth said it is a fun-filled ride for all fans of comedy and suspense. Cash is full of quirky characters whose lives turn dramatically in the aftermath of demonetisation. Cash is also Seth's first feature film as a director.
The trailer shows Armaan a serial entrepreneur wanting to become “India ka Elon Musk”. However, the trailer makes his sense of business questionable. So, when PM Modi demonetised Rs 500 and 100 notes, he finds an opportunity to convert black to white by taking a cut from it. The film recalls the chaos the initial days of demonetisation created in peoples lives. The film also stars veteran actor Gulshan Grover.
Parashar was recently seen in Vicky Kaushal starrer Sardar Udham and essayed the role of Bhagat Singh.
