The two women can be seen charging at one another in the footage, pushing, hitting, and pulling at one another's hair. They can be seen arguing and verbally abusing one another during the violent fight. The fight continued for a while despite attempts to break it up from several witnesses and workers. Many others can be seen filming the entire fight on their smartphones. The woman's CRPF officer husband can be seen arguing with the female toll booth clerk in the footage.

Two Women Thrashing Each Other At Toll Plaza:

Only a few people tried to step in and part ways with their argument as others were filming the situation. The event happened on September 14, a Wednesday, while the CRPF member, his wife, and their two kids were on their way to Pune. When the family reached the toll booth, a member of the CRPF presented his government ID card and asked the toll collector to dismiss his toll due. The worker disagreed, insisting that he had paid the toll charge. This is what allegedly caused the fight between two women in the middle of the street.

A Twitter user shared the video and wrote, “A shocking incident has come to light that a fierce fight took place between women at the Pimpalgaon toll booth near Nashik.”  One of the users commented, "Most of the time it is passengers' fault to pick up a fight but sometimes it is tool booth people fault also in spite of having a fast tag they will say your tag not working and take cash from you twice the amt it happened with me more than 5 times it is just rip off"

The police reportedly started looking into the cause of the fight after the social media video went viral. The Superintendent of Nashik Rural Police, however, said that none of them had lodged a complaint as a consequence of the incident when India Today contacted him.
