Man's Attempt To Fat-Shame Woman On Flight

In the comments, a heartening experience was shared by a woman, who recounted sitting next to "someone so big on a 17-hour flight." In her tweet, she mentioned that the last time she sat next to an individual of this size was on a long economy-class flight. The person's name was Angel, and he was incredibly considerate, apologising for taking up space and even offering himself as a pillow if she wanted to rest (which she did, as he was comfortable).

During the flight, Angel kept her company with engaging stories about his involvement in animal rescue and his young daughter. The woman described him as genuinely kind and jovial, making it one of the most pleasant flight experiences she ever had.

Another Twitter user criticised the man's behaviour, stating, "She's a person, not 'this.' Just sit down and mind your own business, as you would on any other flight. I've experienced being obese before, and trust me, she's embarrassed enough as it is.

Another user pointed out that the situation described in the original tweet is entirely fictional since, in reality, the woman would have paid for both the window and middle seat, following airline regulations. The commenter accused the original poster of fabricating a story to shame a stranger for attention, calling him a "sick freak."
