American singer, songwriter and actor Selena Gomez has always openly talked about her private life, including issues with her health (both physical and mental), the dangers of social media, and other subjects. The 30-year-old spoke candidly about how she pictured her life with a family in a recent interview.
On an episode of the TaTaTu video podcast Giving Back Generation, the Only Murders in the Building star made a suggestion that she would give up her glamorous life to devote more time to her family. She feels as though she will become weary of fame and would like to live a life away from it.

Selena expressed her desire to have children in a statement about witnessing her 8-year-old half-sister Gracey Teefey. “I hope to be married and to be a mom. Eventually, I’m going to be tired of all of this, so I’m probably just going to devote most of my life to philanthropy before I peace out," she conveyed, via Page Six.
Selena has previously expressed her desire to have four children. It could have been planned, unplanned, or both. She also said that there was nothing wrong with the life she would have had on the podcast Awards Chatter hosted by The Hollywood Reporter back in June. “I would have four kids, for sure. Maybe not planned, maybe planned, maybe both. And there’s nothing wrong with the life I would have led,” she said.
Selena's latest comments coincide with persistent rumours that she is developing a relationship with Andrea Iervolino. Selena and her friends recently went on a yacht vacation, and The Daily Mail has released photos from the trip. The 30-year-old was joined in the photos by the Italian-Canadian film producer. The images showed that the rumoured pair enjoyed time in the water together. Since he worked on her 2016 film The Dubious Battle, Selena and Andrea have reportedly become friends, according to Elle.

Iervolino is an accomplished producer who has received many honours. For his work on The Humbling, he won the Mimmo Rotella Special Award for production at the Venice Film Festival in 2015. He received the Saving Award in 2016 from the Italian Contemporary Film Festival. He serves as the head of the Ischia Global Film and Music Festival and is an official representative of Italian cinema. Sergio Mattarella, the president of the Italian Republic, bestowed the Knighthood of the Italian Republic upon him in 2018.
