Priyanka Chopra's Hollywood Film 'Love Again' Gets New Release Date, Details Here

Priyanka Chopra Jonas will return to the big screen after a year away from it with her upcoming Hollywood romantic comedy, Love Again. Sam Heughan and Celine Dion will also appear in the movie, which was previously titled It's All Coming Back to Me.

Priyanka Chopra shared new Love Again stills on Instagram and revealed that Celine Dion will perform brand-new music for the Jim Strouse film. Originally scheduled for release in February 2023, Love Again will now debut in theatres on May 12. The actor  wrote,"#LoveAgainMovie, coming exclusively to movie theatres worldwide on May 12th! Anyone who knows me knows how much I love @celinedion. I’m so proud that our movie will feature new music from the wonder herself! Yay @samheughan we did it!!!"

Love Again Release Date

The official synopsis for the movie, Love Again, tells the tale of a woman who sends romantic texts to her ex's old cell phone number in an effort to get over the pain of losing him. The number is now given to another man, who is also mourning a similar loss, and the two soon become close. Chopra plays Mira Ray, who sent a string of love letters to her fiancé's old mobile number after he passed away without realising the number had been transferred to Rob Burns played by Sam Heughan.

As the narrative progresses, it becomes clear how mesmerised Rob is by the texts' sincerity and confessional tone. When he is assigned to write a biography of the megastar, who is portraying herself in her first film role, he turns to Celine Dion for guidance on how to approach Mira in person and win her over.

After the science fiction action film The Matrix Resurrections with Keanu Reeves, she would have her first theatrical release with Love Again. The actor made her Hollywood debut in 2017 in Baywatch.

In addition to Love Again, Chopra will star alongside Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt in the Bollywood film Jee Le Zaraa. She will also be seen in Citadel, directed by the Russo Brothers. The actor, whose main residence with her pop star husband Nick Jonas is Los Angeles, is currently in Mumbai. She is here to promote her line of hair products.
