Shweta Katti went from small school education, volunteering as an activist learning social work to New York’s Bard College where she is now on a full scholarship.
In 2012, Katti herself joined Kranti and started volunteering in Mumbai having completed her MA in Gender Studies at a University in Budapest. The same aimed towards granting girls from Mumbai’s red-light areas to become agents of social change.
Shweta Katti who grew up in a red light area of Mumbai has won a full scholarship to study in New York. She now wants to work towards the upliftment of marginalised girls.
