Savannah Daisley has been in custody since she was arrested by the Child Abuse Unit on June 27. She was refused bail as the judge determined it was not in the public interest to release her. Daisley will remain behind the bars for nearly two months until her next court date.

The heiress denied the allegations of child sex abuse and intends to plead not guilty. The police, however, claim that an intoxicated Daisley had sex with the minor four times on the same day in 2021.

Who Is Savannah Daisley?

  • Savannah Daisley is the daughter of horse breeder Ross Daisley. She is a mother of two, an entrepreneur, and an Instagram influencer.
  • In 2014, Daisley launched a detox program called Smart Cleanse, along with a Smart Cleanse cooking channel, detox book, and digital courses.
  • She is also an author and has written two books, 14 Day Smart Cleanse and Epigenetics.
  • Daisley is accused of having four sexual encounters with a 14-year-old boy on May 20, 2021, and has been in custody since June 27, 2022.
  • The police allege that the sexual abuse took place in the North Shore, Sydney suburb where Daisley resides with her husband and two children.
  • Daisley appeared in Waverley Local Court on June 28 and was denied bail.
  • While Daisley has denied all allegations the police are confident of the charges they have levied against her. The police claimed in court that Daisley was highly intoxicated when she abused with the minor.
  • Prosecutor Daniel Richardson claims that a police officer informed him that there is a video of Daisley making a phone call where she allegedly confessed to kissing the 14-year-old. According to Richardson, the tape also shows that Daisley had little memory of the encounter, possibly due to her intoxication.
  • Until her next court date on August 2 in Manly Court, Daisley will be detained at Silverwater Women’s Correctional Centre.
