The list of contestants is out, and with this season, the show will also complete 15 seasons. As per reports, Singer Akasa Singh will be one of the contestants along with Pratik Sehajpal, Karan Kundrra, Umar Riaz, Simba Nagpal, Nidhi Bhanushali.

Akasa Singh, who goes by her stage name AKASA, is a 27-year-old singer. She started her career by participating in music reality shows. She was a contestant in India’s Raw Star. She was also seen in Amazon Prime Video’s original reality show The Remix, with DJ Skip. AKASA made her Bollywood debut in 2016 with the song Kheech Meri Photo from the film Sanam Teri Kasam.
In 2017, the singer featured in Being Indian’s Judaai and Jugni. She has also released a duet with Ricky Martin called Vente Pa Ca. She has also released various covers, a popular one being a mashup of Ed Sheeran’s Shape Of You and Badshah’s Mercy.
AKASA’s most popular song is with Aastha Gill titled Naagin. She has also worked on popular Bollywood songs like Aithe Aa in Salman Khan starrer Bharat, Dil Na Jaaneya from Good Newwz and Dhak Dhak from Love Aaj Kal.
She was also part of Thug Ranjha with actors Shasvat Seth and Paresh Pahuja in Tiger Zinda Hai. The music video for the song went on to become the most viewed Indian origin video on YouTube worldwide.
