Where To Watch Indian Matchmaking Season 2: Check Out The Release Schedule

When Sima Taparia's Indian Matchmaking made its OTT debut in 2020, it quickly gained widespread attention. After two years, the show is once again coming back to OTT with its second season.

Sima Taparia is a matchmaker based in Mumbai, who searches for prospective life partners for her clients during the course of this reality show. Like the introductory season, the sequel will also have eight episodes. This time around, Taparia will work with millennials from all over the world to discover their ideal companion in the upcoming hour-long episodes. She acknowledges that some of the clients have been consulting with her for a very long time but haven't found someone. This season, she'll have to cope with greater expectations from both old and new clients.

The trailer for the second season was released on July 28. In the newest trailer, she notes how singles are becoming pickier in their choices. In the second season's trailer for Indian Matchmaking, we are introduced to some of her new clients.

The leading matchmaker in Mumbai further discusses how the changing priorities of her clients has made her job more difficult over time. Sima Taparia can be heard saying in the trailer, "When they come to me, they have a lot of criteria." She adds, " They want everything."

In the trailer, one individual is looking for a girl of a certain height, while another is looking for a boy with a tattoo and some sex appeal. Taparia then asserts that because one can never have exactly the life partner they want, "you have to adjust a little."

Taparia also says, "I don't do a magical wish with a wand," perhaps making a quip about how often she succeeds. She continues, "It's just the person that God has sent me to pair with all of you and everything written in the destiny." Additionally, we get to see Aparna Shewakramani and Pradhyuman Maloo, two characters from season one. In the first season, neither of them was successful in finding a compatible match for themselves. All the eight episodes of Season 2 of Indian Matchmaking will be released on Netflix on August 10. Anyone with a valid subscription to the platform can watch the show from said date.
