In the latest trailer for Season 2, she also acknowledges how singles are becoming more selective in their choices.

Sima Taparia, a matchmaker based in Mumbai, is back to find suitable life partners for her clients, some of whom, she admits, has been consulting with her for a very long time but haven’t found anyone. Additionally, Taparia will help single millennials search for love globally. She will deal with more expectations from both old and new clients this season than ever before.

Even though the show still has a few days before it airs, viewers have been talking about Sima Aunty and the show on social media since the most recent trailer was posted. According to some, the upcoming season will produce a meme-fest similar to the season that debuted in 2020. One called it a “goldmine for comedians and memers,” and others said, “Memes hello, memes honge.” The first season of Indian Matchmaking drew criticism for its negative portrayal of Indian society. Whatever the truth may be, season 2 will certainly cause a stir when it debuts. Season 2 of Indian Matchmaking will have 8 fresh, hour-long episodes, which will premiere on Netflix on August 10.
