Here's Where To Watch Annabelle Sethupathi, Taapsee Pannu's Upcoming Horror Film

Where To Watch Annabelle Sethupathi: Taapsee Pannu and Vijay Sethupathi are set for the OTT release of their multilingual horror-comedy Annabelle Sethupathi this week. The film will be dubbed and released in Kannada, Malayalam and Telugu as well. In Hindi, the film is being released with the title Annabelle Rathore.

A period film with a time leap, Annabelle Sethupathi is set in a haunted palace that was once built by a king for his soon-to-be wife. In the past, the roll of King Rathore and his lover Annabelle are played by Sethupathi and Pannu respectively. After a time leap, we see Pannu re-enter the palace that still remains haunted by the ghosts of its past, with an aim to rob it. Is she the reincarnated soul of Sethupathi's fiance? Will her past memories come back? Why do ghosts still haunt this marvellous palace in 2021, forms the crux of this film.

The film marks the first collaboration between popular southern actor Vijay Sethpathi, who won a National Award for his performance in the 2019 film Super Delux, and Taapsee Pannu. This year, Sethupathi was seen in films like Master and Tughlaq Durbar. He also featured in the Edhiri segment of Tamil anthology Navarasa. Pannu, on the other hand, was seen in Haseen Dillruba, a romantic thriller that had an OTT release due to the pandemic.

Aside from Pannu and Sethupathi, Annabelle Sethupathi also features actors Yogi Babu, Radikaa Sarath Kumar, Vennela Kishore and Rajendra Prasad in key roles. The film is helmed by debutant director Deepak Sundarrajan.

Annabelle Sethupathi will premiere on Disney+Hostar. Anyone with a valid subscription to the OTT platform can stream it from the said date.
