On Friday afternoon, Tillotama Shome praised Taapsee Pannu in her tweet and said that she was totally unaware of how humane Pannu was. "I have never worked or hung out with @taapsee but I was aware of how hard working she is!! I was however, unaware of how incredibly humane she is. Going beyond an RT to actually offering to donate her platelets. You are gold!! I wish you my best and admire your strength," she wrote.
She then spoke about Taapsee Pannu offering her platelets to her friend's grandmother.
Tillotama Shome was last seen in the Netflix film Is Love Enough?— Sir, alongside Vivek Gomber. The film was highly acclaimed for showcasing an unconventional romance between a housemaid and the man she works for. She also appeared in Irrfan Khan's film Angrezi Medium and Karisma Kapoor's series Mentalhood.
Taapsee Pannu to star in an interesting array of films
Meanwhile, Taapsee Pannu was last seen in Anubhav Sinha's hit film Thappad. The film was highly acclaimed for addressing a sensitive topic like domestic violence. She is currently prepping for an interesting array of films. She will be seen in Looop Lapeta, Haseen Dillruba and Rashmi Rocket, and Shabaash Mithu which is a biopic on cricketer Mithali Raj. She has been keeping her fans updated with pictures taken from the sets of Shabaash Mithu.
Taapsee Pannu is also working with filmmaker Anurag Kashyap for the film Do Baaraa. The shooting for the film has concluded. Recently, both Taapsee and Anurag were in the news as the income tax department raided their homes.
