Actor Samantha faced a lot of criticism regarding her divorce from Naga Chaitanya. Netizens even commented that the reason behind their divorce was that the actor was against pregnancy.
Samanta refuted all the comments during a recent interaction. The video has now gone viral where she talked about pregnancy and the pain associated with childbirth.

“Women are really strong. The most painful procedure in the world is giving birth. Women go through the most painful procedure during childbirth. But at the end of it, after facing all the pain, a woman smiles after seeing her child.” said The Family Man actor who played Raji in the show.
It is rather surprising that at this age people would criticise a woman just because of her decision to have or not to have a child. She has all the right and freedom to choose whether she wants to have a child and when is the right time for her.
Samantha and Naga Chaitanya Divorce:
Samantha Ruth Prabhu had confirmed her separation with actor Naga Chaitanya through a public post stating ‘part ways as husband and wife to pursue own paths.’
The ex-couple had tied the knot in 2017 by hosting two weddings- one with South India rituals preceded by a Christian wedding.
Samantha and Naga had worked together in movies such as Ye Maaya Chesave and Autonagar Surya.
“To all our well-wishers. After much deliberation and thought Chay and I have decided to part ways as husband and wife to pursue our own paths. We are fortunate to have a friendship of over a decade that was the very core of our relationship which we believe will always hold a special bond between us,” said her divorce statement.
The actor has impressed everyone with her role as an antagonist in The Family Man 2 for which she has won a lot of awards. She won the Filmfare OTT Award for Best Actor, Series (Female) Drama 2021.
She is all set for her International debut where she will be seen playing a role of a bisexual. She has already started shooting for the film Yashoda which will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
She was recently seen in Pushpa’s Oo Antava song that has gone viral while also creating a lot of controversies.
