Actor and politician Nusrat Jahan recently posted pictures featuring her current partner Yash Dasgupta. The pictures clarified the doubts about her rumoured relationship. Jahan recently gave birth to her firstborn who reportedly had Dasgupta's name as the father in the birth certificate.

The controversy regarding her ex-husband Nikhil Jain continues to make news on regular basis. The politician and Nikhil Jain had tied the knot in June 2019. They officially ended their relationship in November 2020. Nusrat Jahan had claimed infront of the media that her marriage with Jain was invalid in India as the couple has married each other in Turkey.
While speaking to India Today during an interview, Jahan talked about the controversy over her relationship with her former husband. She said, "They did not pay for my wedding. They did not pay for the hotel bills. I don’t have to say anything to them. I am honest. I was wrongly portrayed, and now I have clarified it.”
During the interview, Nusrat Jahan said that even when she was being attacked over her divorce from Nikhil Jain, she did not take anyone's name or pull anyone down. The politician added that it was easy to blame others or show others in a bad light.
Nusrat Jahan welcomed her son in August this year, leaving many speculating about the father of the child. On being asked about her ‘better half’, she had said, “I think that’s a vague question to ask and puts a black spot on somebody’s character as a woman, who the father is. The father knows who the father is and we are having a great parenthood together at the moment. Myself and Yash, we are having a good time.”
