Malik Review: Fahadh Faasil's latest Malayalam film Malik had an OTT release on July 15. The edge-of-the-seat political drama revolves around the life of a man named Malik who deals with the displacement of people of minority people. In the film, Faasil plays the titular role of Malik, and the film focuses on the atrocities carried out against minorities in a coastal island where politicians and corporations conspire against them for their selfish needs.
The film is written, edited, and directed by the CU Soon director Mahesh Narayan. He said that the film is inspired by real-life events.
