In the step-by-step video, the actor mentions that the first step is to apply moisturiser. She further mentions that if the skin is moisturised well, it helps in blending the makeup. In the next step, she prepares her under eye area. Products used for under eye makeup help in concealing fatigue. Dixit suggests her followers to always test a product for allergies before they start applying it.

After waiting for a couple of minutes, Dixit proceeds with the base. In the process she mentions that when it comes to makeup, less is always more. First, she applies a concealer on her under eyes and then blends it. Next, she applies foundation on her face and blends it with circular strokes. To set the base, she uses loose translucent powder on her face and neck. She then brushes her eyebrows and fills them in so that they look thicker.

For the eyeshadow, the Kalank actor uses a slightly dark colour to create a crease for the eyes. Then, she applies a brown eyeliner and smudges it with a brush to look natural. This is what she does under the eyes too. Finally, she curls her eyelashes and applies mascara. To conclude the look, she applies a little blush on her cheeks and nude pink lipstick. Last of all, she says that one must always check one's teeth after applying the lipstick.
