Mimi trailer reaction: The highly anticipated Mimi trailer is out and it is definitely "nothing like what you're expecting". Starring Kriti Sanon and Pankaj Tripathi, who reunite for their third project, the Laxman Utekar-directorial is set to take you on a journey of a woman whose journey as a surrogate takes an unexpected turn.
The film is set in a small town of Rajasthan, where a traditional dancer decides to become a surrogate for an American couple. In exchange, she will receive 20 lakh rupees. The couple who draws a surrogacy contract with her however later decides to not go ahead with it and asks Sanon’s character, Mimi, to abort it. She, however, decides to go ahead with the pregnancy and brings the child into the world. More here.
Kriti Sanon shared the trailer on Twitter on Tuesday, writing, "#Mimi expected everything, except for this unexpected journey! Watch the glimpse of her unexpected story with your family."
