When Is 'Koffee With Karan' Season 7 Releasing?

Karan Johar recently made an important announcement about the celebrity chat show he hosts. He said that his popular talk show, Koffee with Karan, which has been broadcast for six seasons and 15 years, will not be renewed for the next season. The announcement that the show would be cancelled disappointed fans. Meanwhile, Johar later stated that the news was only a twist in the renewal announcement.

Johar made another announcement, stating that the chat show will not return to television and instead will debut on OTT. His post read, "Koffee with Karan will not be returning...on TV! Because every great story needs a good twist, I'm delighted to announce that Season 7 of 'Koffee With Karan' will stream exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar"

The announcement further stated, "The biggest movie stars from across India will return to the couch to tell the beans while enjoying some koffee. There will be games, there will be rumours put to rest, and there will be conversations that go deep, about love, loss, and everything we've all gone through over the last five years. Only on Disney+ Hotstar will Koffee With Karan'steam' shortly. Toodles!"

Koffee With Karan Season 7 release date:

The official release date for Season 7 of Koffee With Karan has yet to be announced. Season 7 production, on the other hand, is reportedly due to commence next week in May. As a result, we can anticipate the show's release in August of this year.

As soon as the show was formally announced, there was a lot of speculation about who would be the celebrity guests for the next season. According to reports, Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh will be the first guests on the new season of the chat show. Bhatt and Singh are reportedly said to be filming the first episode on May 10.

Both the actors are currently working together on Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani which is directed by Karan Johar and produced by Dharma Productions. The film also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi. It is scheduled to be theatrically released worldwide on February 10, 2023.
