The widely shared videos have received a lot of flack from the netizens in social media, in the second video was called the obnoxious and sad reality of western culture imposition. Kaur can be seen showing the viewers how to eat daal and rice by pouring a meagre amount of daal on the pile of rice. She also tacked the how to eat rajma, sabzi and curd.

A Twitter user @itnamatsharma shared the video and wrote in caption, "Dining etiquette and it's just the worst take ever. Anybody who says never pour your dal over chawal has a weird superiority complex for no reason. The same with people who look down on eating rice with their hands," read the caption.
