Anshula Kapoor, the daughter of producer Boney Kapoor and sister of actor Arjun Kapoor, has surprised her fans and friends with her remarkable transformation. She wrote in the caption, Note to self” and said, “Talk a little nicer to yourself today.”

Anshula Kapoor's Body Transformation Story:

Kapoor began by discussing what she considers to be healthy. According to her recent post, being "healthy" today means a lot more to me than how I look in the mirror. One of the first steps in becoming a healthier version of myself was to admit that I wasn't in the best mental form and that I needed to address what was eating me up from the inside before I could move on to anything else. This was the bit that made me the most uncomfortable. It's also the most challenging portion. It took a lot of counselling. There were so many tears. So much ambiguity. Fear, setbacks, and discomfort are all part of the same thing. Doubts about your own Then came self-realisation. The healing process then begins.

She further added, "It’s been a 2 year long journey, and I’m still a work in progress. It’s taken me almost as long to realize that my self worth isn’t tied to the shape of my body, and that constantly belittling or criticizing my imperfections & flaws isn’t doing me any good - regardless of whether that flaw is emotional or physical. I’m still learning to love the perfectly imperfect me that I’m discovering and leaning into, because life is too short to live it thinking you’re unworthy or unlovable. I am flawed, and still worthy.
