Travelling the Ultimate Stress buster

Jyotsna Atre, Founder of Kids' Edition rejuvenates herself through travelling.
"Every now and then, I need to pack my bags and get away from the bustle of everyday life. Traveling is an incredibly rewarding hobby. It opens your mind, de-stresses you, and rejuvenates your soul. Being in a new place, soaking in a new culture, and meeting new people is a very therapeutic experience. Even a weekend in the mountains has the power to re-centre me".

"When my daughter shows off her moves, I can't restrict myself from wearing my dancing shoes and be a part of her innocent world who knows nothing about outside struggle for survival. Not only my daughter being the inseparable part has given meaning to my life, I also have a beautiful family and friend group to keep me moving and inspiring. During my idle time, having sweet and crisp conversation with the loved ones is the best thing that I always look forward. Moreover, weekends are the most awaited part when I get to spend time with my super busy husband and go out to watch movies and have fun which just rekindles our bond", she says adding that this gives her the courage to conquer the world again.
