Saha was seen dancing to the tune of 'Main aai hun UP Bihar lutne' in the said video. In the video, his mother is seen parking the car on the flyover when Saha steps out of the car, goes to the other side and starts dancing.

After Saha uploaded the video on social media on September 13, some user in the comment section tagged the Kolkata police and brought the matter to their notice. It is said that the flyover is a busy one and not safe for such activities.

The influencer has claimed that he did not break any traffic laws but admitted that parking cars on the flyover is not allowed. The police has reportedly sent a notice to Saha asking about a fine amount to be submitted by him and whoever was with him at the time. Tiljala police station registered a self-motivated case against him and sent a notice to the driver of the car for illegal parking.

Sandy Saha has over two lakh followers on Instagram and similar reach on Youtube and Facebook. He was part of the reality show Roadies on MTV.

A similar incident took place in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. A social media influencer named Shreya Kalra was seen dancing on the zebra crossing while the traffic signal was red. The matter caught the attention of the authorities who then filed a case against her. The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh also expressed his views about the incident and directed the authorities to make sure that such things do not happen in the future.

The woman was booked under section 290 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) by the police for public nuisance. Archana Jaiswal, MP's women Congress chief, said that action taken against Kalra was wrong and that the police should have let her go with a warning.
