She suffers from a condition called Weaver syndrome. It is an extremely rare condition leading to accelerated growth. Besides this, it causes other abnormalities which include skeletal maturation. As a result, she uses a wheelchair most of the time. She can, however, move for short periods using a walker.
She has always tried to use her platform to educate others about medical conditions that people do not know about. She is inspiring people to accept themselves as they are.
Talking about people's reactions, she says that a lot of people are intrigued when they see her passing on the street. Most people, however, treat her with kindness and respect on their first meeting. Her family and friends are happy with the fact that she is the proud recipient of Guinness World Records title.
The 24-year-old said in an interview, “Every disadvantage can be turned into an advantage for yourself so accept yourself for who you are, be aware of your potential and do your best."
