UP Cop Who Masturbated In front Of Women Terminated From Service

The services of the Uttar Pradesh cop who was caught masturbating in front of a woman complainant and her daughter have been terminated, PTI reported. The incident took place in Deoria on June 22, when a woman and her daughter went to the police station to lodge a complaint. The Station Head Officer (SHO) Bhishmpal Singh Yadav repeatedly misbehaved in front of the woman, irritated by which, one of them recorded a video. He was reportedly suspended on June 26.

The Incident

A woman and her daughter had approached the SHO, Bhatni Police station in Deoria regarding a case of land dispute. While talking about the land dispute, Bhishmpal Singh Yadav reportedly started misbehaving. Irritated by his behavior, the woman's daughter recorded a video on her phone, which went viral recently on social media. She then showed it to the other members of her family.

As soon as the clip went viral on social media when a neighbour shared it, locals started demanding action against the officer in charge.

Shripati Mishra, Superintendent of Police, Deoria told Times of India that an FIR has been lodged against the officer in Bhatni Police Station. He has been charged with voyeurism, an act intended to outrage the modesty of a woman, and public servant disobeying the law. His services have now been terminated by the administration as reported by PTI.

Another recent incident of a man reportedly masturbating in front of a woman in public came to light from Bengaluru, Times Now reported.  A woman journalist complained that a man started flashing his private parts when she was on her way to home after buying groceries. The man flee away when the woman started shouting after his shameful act. The incident took place in broad daylight on Saturday, Times Now reported.

The woman was helping the man with directions when he started flashing her private parts. The woman said that she couldn't see his face since he had put on a mask and helmet. Also, there was no one around at the time of the incident.
