Kangana Ranaut's Tejas To Be Released In Theatres On Next Dussehra

On Armed Forces Flag Day, the producers of Kangana Ranaut's Tejas announced the film's release date. RSVP Movies said on social media, "Bringing to you the inspiring story of a woman who chose to rule the skies." On Dussehra, October 5, 2022, #Tejas, a homage to the Indian Air Force, will be released in a theatre near you."

Keeping in heart and soul the glory of our armed forces, the Tejas team announced that the film will be released in theatres next to Dussehra on October 5, 2022.

The story of the highly anticipated film is intended to inspire and make one proud of our brave soldiers as they face numerous challenges in order to keep our country safe. 

Tejas Release Date:

RSVP's second Indian Armed Forces film, after Vicky Kaushal's Uri: The Surgical Strike, is written and directed by Sarvesh Mewara.  Kangana plays Tejas Gill, an Indian Air Force pilot in the movie.

RSVP movies made the announcement on Instagram, alongside a photo of Kangana Ranaut in uniform. "Introduction of a woman who loves to fly is given in the movie. On Dussehra, October 5, 2022, #Tejas, a homage to the Indian Air Force, will be released in theatres."

In a statement about the film, Kangana Ranaut said, "Tejas is an incredibly intense story where I have the opportunity to play an air force pilot." I'm proud to be a part of a film that pays tribute to the brave men and women in uniform who put their lives on the line every day. "The brave ones of Indian Military are given tribute."

Kangana will appear in films such as Dhaakad, Manikarnika Returns The Legend of Didda, and others in the meantime. In November, she began filming Tiku Weds Sheru, a film starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur and directed by Razneesh Ghai.

The actor has been grabbing headline with her controversial remarks for the Sikh community. She was summoned by the Delhi Assembly panel for peace and harmony for which she could not show up citing personal and professional commitments.
