Model Rebecca Landrith Shot Dead, Body Found Near Pennsylvania Highway

American model and influencer Rebecca Landrith was found dead earlier this week near a Pennsylvania highway, bearing multiple gunshot wounds on her body. As per reports, one accused has been arrested by authorities in her murder. 

The 47-year-old’s remains were discovered by a worker from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation on Sunday, 120 miles from Philadelphia, as per the local Philly Voice. The county coroner stated that the model had gunshot wounds across her head, chest, neck and throat, with 18 bullets removed from her body. Her death has reportedly been ruled a homicide. 

Rebecca Landrith Dead, Texas Man Arrested

Local reports say a 28-year-old man from Texas, named Tracy Rollins Jr, has been arrested in Landrith’s murder, and charged with “criminal homicide and abuse of corpse.” Identified as a truck driver, Rollins’ name was found on a note discovered on Landrith’s body, along with contact details. Blood, shell casings and bleach were retrieved from Rollins’ truck. 

Investigation says Landrith was travelling through Indiana and Wisconsin.

Rebecca Landrith was a well-known media personality, most noted for having appeared on the 2014 television show America’s It Girl. Originally from Virginia, she was based in New York City and had reached the finals for Miss Manhattan 2014. Landrith had even worked in the field of law, her bio indicates.
